Schraml metalworking distinguished three loyal employees. The company hopes for many more years together.

Waldershof - At the Christmas celebrations at the “Zum Hirschen” guesthouse in Rodenzenreuth, the company gave particular thanks to employees who had been at the company for many years. Managing Director Alexander Schraml made it clear that the company’s success is always linked closely with all employees and gave his thanks for the excellent commitment.

First employee - On going into 2018, Alexander Schraml said: “Let us also stand together in the new year. Because it is only together that we are strong, overcome difficult times and accept new challenges.” The company, founded as a one-man business, today has more than 50 employees and next year will celebrate 30 years in existence. Tool maker Willi Schröder was distinguished for 25 years of loyalty to the company, and was the first employee taken on by senior partner Reinhold Schraml. Foreman Jürgen Ott has remained loyal to the metalworking company for 20 years, and mechanical engineer Dominik Dittrich has been loyal to the company for 10 years. Together with the celebrants, the company management hoped for many more years together in the “Schraml metal workshop.” Marina Bauer and Cathrina Wagner took care of the musical arrangements for the Christmas celebration. Under the leadership of Klaus Putzer at the “Quetsch’n”, the “apprentice choir” received a giant ovation for its performances.
