Systematic production – efficient process

Sustainability is our motto when it comes to manufacturing our products in an environmentally friendly manner. By harnessing various concepts, we endeavour to make the production of our tool moulds more efficient. This includes equipping our production halls with photovoltaic installations. These deliver the electricity we need for production - and we can feed the excess energy back into the grid.

Rubbish isn't simply rubbish – recycling pays off

We do not even allow the chippings - generated as waste during the production sequence - to simply land in the rubbish bin. To avoid waste, we collect and compress waste products which are melted down by a commodity trader and subsequently reintegrated into the production cycle.
