The approach to developing new moulds is agreed individually with our clients, true to the motto "nothing is impossible". You can bring us your pre-prepared proposals or fully formulated CAD drawings. The supply of data and subsequent data exchange can take place using all common data formats, preferably CATIA, PTC Creo or Siemens NX.

One material, limitless potential applications

Polystyrene (EPS) and polypropylene (EPP) are materials that are finding an increasing number of applications on a daily basis. Our portfolio ranges from energy absorbers for the automotive industry and load carriers (trays) for automotive suppliers, through to perimeter panels for house insulation. But bicycle helmets and insulated containers can also be manufactured from EPS and EPP.
