What You Will
Do Here

Every mold starts on screen. You are the point where an idea becomes a mold.

  1. Design

You design aluminum molds for particle foam in 3D CAD, from the customer’s component to the finished mold.

  2. Draft

You create production drawings our toolmakers can start on right away, with no open questions at the machine.

  3. Coordinate

You align with project management, programming and production on what matters: mold layout, steam routing, venting, demolding.

  4. Keep Going

You incorporate changes to existing molds, plan repairs and keep the documentation current across the whole lifecycle.

Your MoldTakes Off.

Molds That Meet Even the Highest
Standards in Aerospace

As one of the first mold makers in the world specializing in particle foam, we built a mold that forms a mass-produced component for the aerospace industry. Aerospace conducts more rigorous testing than any other industry. With us, you draw molds that pass that test.

This Is Your
Workplace

A look inside our offices and workshop: where you will work and what you will work on.

What You
Bring

  • Training as a technical draftsperson, technical product designer or mechanical engineering technician. Career starters are welcome.

  • Confidence in 3D CAD, ideally with experience in tool or mold making. Ideally you already know ThinkDesign; if not, you will learn it with us.

  • Spatial thinking and a liking for geometries that do not exist yet.

  • Care and responsibility. Your design is what gets milled and assembled in the end.

  • Unique Pieces, Not Routine

Every mold is new. You solve problems with know-how and with existing projects as a reference.

  • You See What Becomes of Your Drawing

Design, programming and production under one roof. From the first line to the finished mold it takes a few steps – not three suppliers and six weeks.

  • Responsibility From Day One

After thorough onboarding you accompany your mold from the first line to series production, alongside colleagues who have been here for decades.

  • Training as a Matter of Course

Building unique pieces means you can never stand still. That is why we keep training you for as long as you are here.

  • A Secure Job

Not a single hour of short-time work since 1988. A family business that thinks in decades.

  • A Contract You Can Build On

Permanent, full-time, 30 days of holiday. Regular working hours. Weekend shifts exist – but only voluntarily.

  • Good Pay, Good Bonuses

  • SCHRAML Workwear With Laundry Service

We provide your workwear and wash it for you.
