Proven in Aviation
We were among the first mold makers to build a particle foam mold for a series-production aviation part. Aviation tests more rigorously than any other industry. Our mold passed that test.
5 × 3 × 2 m
We build particle foam molds up to 5 × 3 × 2 meters in a single piece. Even large parts are produced in one operation, with no joints and no compromise on precision.

We think about the surface from the very start. With custom laser textures, we bring grains, functional surfaces or permanent markings directly into the mold contour, at a defined depth and identical in every cycle. The result is a flawless visible part, in any color possible in particle foam if you wish.

How a Particle Foam Mold Is Made
From the first conversation to SOP, the entire value chain stays in-house. We only outsource coatings. Everything else is made in Waldershof, by the same hands that will later maintain your mold.
Development
Every mold starts with the part, not the shape. We clarify geometry, material, volumes and process window before the first line is drawn. The result is a sound mold concept with a clear focus on cycle times, energy savings, stability and adaptability.
Design
The 3D model defines what will later shape the part: chamber layout, vapor flow, venting. Every detail affects how evenly the particles distribute and expand, and how cleanly the finished part can be demolded.
Prototype
Before the production mold is built, we mill your part as a prototype from a block of particle foam. Together we use it to test, depending on the application, its crash behavior, ease of assembly and how it fits into the assembly. Only when the prototype meets your specifications does the mold move on to the next stage.
Toolmaking
We manufacture in Waldershof, step by step until the mold is ready for series production, in sizes up to 5 × 3 × 2 meters. What was designed on screen is milled, drilled and assembled here. Only when the mold meets every requirement is it released for series production.
Maintenance
We stand behind the quality and trouble-free operation of our molds. No matter when the molding machine stops or how long ago the mold was delivered: we take care of it and solve the problem.
